Service Description
Brow Waxing will shape and define your brows with precision. This service includes a thorough consultation and mapping and shaping to create a flattering, balanced shape customized to your natural bone structure. We use a high-quality, creamy facial wax formulated specifically for delicate skin, minimizing redness and irritation while providing clean, long-lasting results. Whether you're looking for a subtle clean-up or a full reshape, we tailor the experience to your preference, leaving you with polished, well-groomed brows. Please Note: Avoid exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs), retinol, or tanning the brow area for 3–5 days before your appointment. Clients using Accutane or prescribed retinoids must wait a minimum of 6 months after treatment has ended. Not recommended for clients with active sunburns, open lesions, or recent cosmetic procedures (such as chemical peels or laser resurfacing) in the brow area. Redness may occur but typically subsides within a few hours.
Cancellation Policy
At Hello Gorgeous Beauty Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following booking policies: 1. Cancellation Notice: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us reasonable time to fill the appointment slot for another client. 2. Short Notice Cancellation Fee: If notice is not provided within 24 hours, a 50% short notice cancellation fee will be applied to your account. 3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of service will be required before you can rebook any future appointments. This deposit can be paid via E-transfer to hellogorgeoustianna@gmail.com or in studio. 4. Repeated No-Shows or Short Notice Cancelations: We understand that situations arise, but if you no-show more than three times or canceling last minute without time to fill your spot, we reserve the right to refuse service in the future.
